Comprehensive Fall Protection Course

Our course is just under 7.5 hours of intensive, practical safety training designed to keep you compliant and safe on the job.

What You Will Learn

• Regulations & Realities: Accident case studies, WorkSafeBC Regulations, and Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (OHSR).

• Site Hazard Controls: Proper use of guardrails, covering open holes, ladder safety, control zones, and safety monitors.

• Equipment Mastery: Thorough inspection of fall protection equipment, how to properly don and doff a harness, and practical mechanics (rope grabs, fall restraint, fall arrest, swing falls, and rescue procedures).

• Engineering & Planning: Calculating Free Fall Distance, anchor systems, and developing a comprehensive Fall Protection Plan and formal work procedures.

Certification Upon Completion

Immediately after successfully finishing the course, we will email you a digital photo copy of your completion certificate so you can show proof of training right away. Your official plastic certification wallet card will be mailed directly to you.
